At Hivado, we craft each piece with love and care—and we want you to be happy wearing it! If something’s not quite right, here’s how our exchange process works:

🕐 Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🔁 Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
🧵 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, our team will get in touch with alternate options.
💔 Received a damaged or defective item? Please fill out our Exchange Request Form within 48 hours of delivery.
🚚 In case your pincode is non-serviceable for pickup, you’ll need to self-ship the item back to our warehouse. Return details will be provided by our team.
🧼 Please ensure the product is unworn, with labels intact and in its original condition.
🎨 Note: Slight color variations or minor misprints, being a part of handcrafted processes, are not eligible for exchange.
