Exchanges

We offer free exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.
• In the case of damaged/defective product, the request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Only a size exchange is possible. No color or product exchange would be possible.

Once your request is approved, a free return pickup will be arranged (within India). Please ensure:

• The product is unworn and unused.
• All tags and labels are intact.
• No alterations are made to use the margin provided in the product.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
